Any person wishing to verify the information held by the club about them may apply to the Secretary at info@croxleycameraclub.com

By giving your email address to Croxley Camera Club you are giving us permission for the club to send you newsletters and publicity about the club via email. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails.

Images entered into Croxley Camera Club competitions may be displayed on our website, social media pages or in publicity for the club if the author agrees at the time of uploading via our Photo Entry software.

The image files and members names may be passed on to third parties only for the purposes of entering inter-club competitions. Please opt out above if you do not wish for your competition entries to be available to represent the club in external competitions.

Croxley Camera Club may retain historical archives for example, but not limited to, membership details, records of meetings, yearbooks, competition results, awards and other event details.

Members can only represent one club in external competitions in each season. Members of multiple clubs should advise both clubs of which club they will represent in external competitions.
