This week...
The First PDI Competition of the Season
Thank you to everyone who has entered our competition this week. We've had an over-whelming number of entries - over 120 images were submitted!
In order to give our visiting judge a fighting chance of finishing at a reasonable hour we've had to reduce the numbers. We'll be showing your first 2 images in the Open competition and just your first image for the set subject of Travel, giving us 68 images in total. All of the images which didn't make it have been removed from Photo Entry, so there's no confusion as to which images were actually in the competitions, and you're free to enter them into any other upcoming competition.
Our judge for the evening will be Amanda Wright from Ealing & Hampshire House Photographic Society. Amanda is a very experienced photographic judge who visited us last season to judge one of our print competitions. She is also the Federation Competition Officer for the Chilterns Association of Camera Clubs, compiling and selecting images to represent the CACC in national competitions.
We've very pleased to welcome Amanda back to Croxley and look forward to hearing her comments on our images.
