This Week... The Arid Parks of South Africa
with Stan Hill
This Thursday Stan Hill from Pinner Camera Club will be leading us on a photographic journey through the arid parks of South Africa.
Exhibition at Croxley Library... We Need Your Prints!

Vanessa Lacey has organised for the club to have a print exhibition on display at Croxley Green Library later this month as part of our annual Croxley Festival of Photography.

Please can members bring a mounted photo to the club this week or next week. The display will be on table top boards so we will be putting velcro stickers on back to attach them and they will accessible to the public.

It would be really good if we had at least one from everyone and it just has to be one you like (not necessarily one that got high marks) as we are trying to encourage people to join.

Vanessa will be setting up on Sat 17th November but would welcome prints this week and next. We will be able to exhibit more if they are mounted on A4 card but a few on A3 would also be good.

Croxley Camera Club photographers will be documenting the Royal British Legion Remembrance Day march through the village this Sunday.

We will muster at 1.30pm in the car park behind the library before the parade starts at 1.50pm. The route will head from the library, up New Road and along The Green to All Saints Church. After a church service, the parade will restart at approx 3pm and go to the War Memorial for the wreath laying and the sounding of the last post.

If you would like to help photograph the event on the behalf of the club, please speak to Steve this Thursday.
