This method can be applied using any intense light source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By employing contre-jour, create high-contrast images, dramatic silhouettes, and produce bright outlines, also known as rim light, around the subjects within the frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Depth of Field<\/strong> &#8211; <em>PDI<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depth of field can be manipulated to achieve a shallow focus, which intentionally blurs the background. Create an aesthetically pleasing scene that serves to highlight and complement the subject, helping it stand out, or &#8216;pop&#8217;, within the image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B&amp;W Street Photography<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Print<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Black and white street photography involves capturing candid, unposed images in monochrome, depicting everyday life in public spaces. Your locations are not limited to streets; they can include parks, beaches, markets, or any setting where public activity occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conveying Motion<\/strong> &#8211; <em>PDI<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conveying motion within an image aims to evoke a sense of movement. There are no thematic restrictions for this technique. Methods such as panning, long exposure, intentional camera movement, and zoom burst can be used to achieve the desired effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nightscapes<\/strong> &#8211; <em>PDI<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nightscape photography encompasses images taken on any theme during the blue hour or once the sky is fully dark. The image does not need to include the object being reflected.
