Our well attended talk this week ( members and guests)was with Andrew Scriven who gave an excellent presentation entitled ‘ Mindfulness and photography’. His talk covered his great photography achievements including being a Sony ambassador and being awarded Digital photography Wildlife photograph of the year. He also Introduced his Interest in Meditation and experimental photography and the Importance of music as a factor, which helped enable him to get into a creative zone with his photography.
Overall a very enjoyable presentation helped by Andrews delivering style. Definitely the most unique talk this year and a first for the Croxley Camera Club to participate in ‘Meditation’ during a club evening.
